Obama’s Utterance Regarding a Renewed Focus in the Training of ISIL (Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant) Indicative of a Simple Error in Judgment During the Course of a Syndicated Press Conference, or Something Else Entirely?

This brief 15 second video excerpt of Barack Hussein Obama during the course of a syndicated press conference airing on July 6, 2015 has many people questioning the actual intent of the President with regard to a statement referencing a renewed focus in the training and support of ISIL, a terse proclamation later redacted by the White House (Link 1, Link 2), specifically the Office of the Press Secretary, at some point in the afternoon. However, given the duplicitous nature of the current political administration, especially in light of Arizona State Senatorial Representative John McCain’s proven association with Syrian rebel contingents (loose knit organizations that are consistently labeled as ‘moderate’ oppositional paramilitary extensions of the broader Iraqi Army) responsible for the abduction and detainment of 11 Shi’ite Pilgrims, can anyone honestly afford to discount the possibility of inter-administrative collaboration?
