The ISIS (Islamic State in Iraq and Syria) Conundrum | Part 1: Unholy Alliance

The mainstream media continues to entertain an all too familiar narrative: a recurring notion emphasizing the emergence of a highly organized, well funded, and extremely dangerous terrorist enclave transcending national boundary that poses an immediate threat to the personal freedoms and civil liberties of millions across the globe. This specter of menace is magnified on a daily basis by various political pundits, news consultants, and telecommunications analysts throughout the United States as a means of galvanizing an apathetic and indifferent viewing audience into action. An amphitheater of speculation and prognostication owned and operated by six multinational corporations who exert influence over a vast multimedia empire where in excess of 90% of the material being presented to those in the public arena is a preconceived narration whose main purpose is to divert attention away from the malfeasant tendencies of the status quo, effectively shifting the focus away from the very institutions funding the Islamic insurgency’s rise to prominence. These agencies act in collusion to formulate a host of names and descriptive metaphors in order to foster an atmosphere of mistrust and suspicion among the populace. Nowhere is this more evident than in the media’s demonization of Muslim culture and tradition as a silent partner to radical Islamic extremism, this conjecture couldn’t be further from the truth, however, as illustrated in the following:

One has only to examine the sequence of events leading up to these organization’s ascension from the ashes of regional conflict, the conditions precipitating their introduction to the geopolitical stage in their pontification of assessment. ISIS, ISIL (Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant), or IS (Islamic State), whichever one feels most comfortable using as a principal identifier, and groups of similar ideology have been proven to be funded by the U.S. Federal Government on numerous occasions, as the following articles of reference will attest to:

This intergovernmental collusion between the political establishment and known terrorist affiliates extends far beyond the written accounts of noted authors, historians, and researchers in publication, as the visual composites as well as their accompanying links illustrate:

Those still in denial regarding the political establishment’s culpability in the proliferation of radical extremist elements throughout the Middle East need only refer to the following passage - a written excerpt from a much larger file detailing the U.S. Federal Government’s role in the actualization of a New World Order:

Another luminary in the annals of America’s political history, Ronald Reagan, the 40th President of the United States, was once quoted as saying that the Mujahideen (A paramilitary appendage in Afghanistan that was armed and funded by the Federal Government during the course of their conflict with Soviet army contingents that eventually morphed into what is now known as the Taliban following the Afghan Civil War of 1992-1996) were the moral equivalent of America’s founding fathers. This statement has been disputed by various proponents of the Reagan legacy as an utterance more appropriately attributed to the former President’s mention of the Nicaraguan contra militia who sought to depose the Sandinista Junta of National Reconstruction regime. Despite the proffering of such denials by these syndicated media outlets, U.S. government support to various elements throughout the Asian periphery, specifically the Mujahideen - a term whose literal translation references “strugglers” or “people doing jihad” - is well documented. In recent years the term ‘Mujahideen’ has become synonymous with the emergence of radical Islam in the Middle East. While the origins of quotations attributed to political figures, regardless of their geographical location, are often the subject of speculation, the following statement made by then Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton referencing Al-Qaeda’s establishment can’t be refuted:

CONCLUSION: As the information detailed in the paragraphs above accurately illustrates, the global community not only faces the threat of organizations and lone wolf provocateurs devoted to the fundamental tenets of a radicalized religiously-motivated extremist ideology, but also from agencies within its own government who would confiscate their wealth through a compulsory system of taxation (usury) to fund these groups. This contention regarding the notion of interadministrative complicity through the confiscation of earned income is proven through the continued presence, and therefore the burgeoning influence of, subversive communes throughout the continental United States - these are individuals who actively exploit various government, and therefore taxpayer funded, programs in order to bolster recruitment prospectus and garner recognition in the local community.
