Operation/ Project Monarch

Definition and Description

The name MONARCH is not necessarily defined within the context of royal nobility, but rather refers to the monarch butterfly. When a person is undergoing trauma induced by electroshock, a feeling of light-headedness is evidenced; as if one is floating or fluttering like a butterfly. There is also a symbolic representation pertaining to the transformation or metamorphosis of this beautiful insect: from a caterpillar to a cocoon (dormancy, inactivity), to a butterfly (new creation) which will return to its point of origin. Such is the migratory pattern that makes this species unique.  

Occult symbolism may give additional insight into the actual meaning of the prior stated directive. Psyche is the word for both “soul” and “butterfly” coming from the belief that human souls become butterflies while searching for a new reincarnation. Some ancient mystical groups, such as the Gnostics, saw the butterfly as a symbol of corrupt flesh. The “Angel of Death” in Gnostic art was portrayed crushing the butterfly. A marionette is a puppet that is attached to strings and is controlled by the puppet master, hence MONARCH programming is also referred to as the “Marionette Syndrome.” “Imperial Conditioning” is another term used, while some mental health therapists know it as “Conditioned Stimulus Response Sequences.” Project MONARCH could be best described as a form of structured dissociation and occultic integration, in order to compartmentalize the mind into multiple personalities within a systematic framework. During this process, a Satanic ritual, oftentimes inclusive of Cabalistic mysticism, is performed with the purpose of attaching a particular demon or group of demons to the corresponding alter(s). Of course, most skeptics would view this as simply a means to enhance trauma within the victim, negating any irrational belief that demonic possession actually occurs.

The Concept of Alters and Triggering Mechanisms

Another way of examining this convoluted victimization of body and soul is by looking at it as a complex computer program: A file (alter) is created through trauma, repetition and reinforcement. In order to activate (trigger) the file, a specific access code or password (cue or command) is required. The victim/survivor is called a “slave” by the programmer/handler, who in turn is perceived as “master” or “god.” Nearly 75% are female, since they possess a higher tolerance for pain and tend to dissociate easier than males. Subjects are used mainly for cover operations, prostitution and pornography; involvement in the entertainment industry is notable. A former military official with ties to the U.S. DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency) made the following proclamation: “In the ‘big picture’ these people (MONARCH victims) are in all walks of life, from the bum on the street to the white-collar guy.” In corroboration, a retired CIA agent vaguely discussed the use of such personnel to be used as “plants” or “chameleons” for the purpose of infiltrating a designated group, gathering information and/or injecting an ulterior agenda.
There are an inordinate amount of alters in the victim/ survivor with numerous back-up programs, mirrors and shadows. A division of light-side (good) and dark-side (bad) alters are interwoven in the mind and rotate on an axis. One of the main internal structures, (of which there are many) within the system is shaped like a double-helix (similar in construction to deoxyribonucleic acid, or DNA),  

consisting of seven levels. Each system has an internal programmer which oversees the “gatekeeper” who grants or denies entry into the different rooms.

Methodology

Monarch handlers seek the compartmentalization of their subject’s psyche in multiple and separate alter personas using trauma to cause dissociation.

The following is a partial list of these forms of torture:

1. Physical abuse
2. Confinement in boxes, cages, coffins, etc., or forcible internment (often with an opening or air-tube for oxygen)
3. Restraint with ropes, chains, cuffs, etc.
4. Liquid submersion (Inclusive of waterboarding)

5. Exposure to temperature extremes
6. Skinning (only top layers of the skin are removed in victims intended to survive)
7. Vertigo Simulation
8. Blinding light
9. Electrical prodding
10. Forced ingestion of offensive body fluids and matter, such as blood, urine, feces, flesh, etc.
11. Anatomical suspension, oftentimes in physically uncomfortable positions
12. Hunger and thirst
13. Sleep deprivation
14. Anatomical compression with weights and devices
15. Sensory deprivation

16. Drugs to create illusion, confusion, and amnesia, often given by injection or intravenously
17. Ingestion or intravenous toxic chemicals to create pain or illness, including chemotherapy agents
18. Limbs pulled or dislocated
19. Application of snakes, spiders, maggots, rats, and other animals to induce fear and disgust
20. Near-death experiences, commonly associated with asphyxiation by choking or drowning, with immediate resuscitation
21. Forced to perform or witness the abuse, torture, and sacrifice of people and animals, usually with knives
22. Forced participation in slavery
23. Acts of sexual assault resulting in pregnancy - with a majority of these fetuses aborted during the course of ritualistic ceremony, and infants that have been conceived being transported to undisclosed locations and sold into slavery
24. Spiritual abuse to cause victim to feel possessed, harassed, and controlled internally by spirits or demons
25. Desecration of Judeo-Christian beliefs and forms of worship; dedication to Satan or other deities
26. The application of illusory stimuli to effect paganistic reliance
27. Experimental surgeries conducted under false pretense
28. Harm or threats of injury to family, friends, loved ones, pets, etc., to force compliance
29. Use of illusion and virtual reality to confuse and create non-credible disclosure

“The basis for the success of the Monarch mind-control programming is that different personalities or personality parts called alters can be created who do not know each other, but who can take the body at different times. The amnesia walls that are built by traumas, form a protective shield of secrecy that protects the abusers from being found out, and prevents the front personalities who hold the body much of the time to know how their System of alters is being used. The shield of secrecy allows cult members to live and work around other people and remain totally undetected. The front alters can be wonderful Christians, and the deeper alters can be the worst type of Satanic monster imaginable–a Dr. Jekyll/ Mr. Hyde effect. A great deal is at stake in maintaining the secrecy of the intelligence agency or the occult group which is controlling the slave. The success rate of this type of programming is high but when it fails, the failures are discarded through death. Each trauma and torture serves a purpose. A great deal of experimentation and research went into finding out what can and can’t be done. Charts were made showing how much torture a given body weight at a given age can handle without death.”

 “Due to the severe trauma induced through ECT (Electro-Convulsive Therapy), abuse and other methods, the mind splits off into alternate personalities from the core. Formerly referred to as Multiple Personality Disorder, it is presently recognized as Dissociative Identity Disorder and is the basis for MONARCH programming. Further conditioning of the victim’s mind is enhanced through hypnotism, double-bind coercion, pleasure-pain reversals, food, water, sleep and sensory deprivation, along with various drugs which alter certain cerebral functions.”

Operation/ Project Monarch exists as a U.S. Defense Department code name assigned to a subsection of the Central Intelligence Agency’s Operation Artichoke,  a formative exercise later christened under the MK Ultra appellate. Operation/ Project Monarch became official government mandate through the actions of numerous high ranking Army service personnel possessing Top Secret security clearance in the early portion of the 1960s. The aforementioned initiative serves as a genealogical approach to provide a definitive characterization of transgenerational (Covert exercises emphasizing the concept of psychoanalytic manipulation that typically spans generations) behavioral modification through the introduction of stimuli eliciting traumatic memory recall as a means to engender a mind induced complacency. The original documentation perpetuating the genesis of this directive was obtained from numerous sources, a vast majority connected to scientific studies and experiments coordinated under the guidance of several high ranking ϟϟ German Nazi specialists from 1927-1941. These research-based diagnostics were predicated on a form of systological analysis concerning the multigenerational effects of occult-based psychological experimentation, these endeavors where then applied to the nuclear families (In anthropologic and sociological study the nuclear family terminological designate is synonymous with the formal cognomen of an elementary family. A nuclear family consists of a group of individuals united by ties of partnership/ parenthood and their socially recognized children) of known pedophiles, and to individuals exhibiting lascivious tendencies. This Top Secret (“BLACK ARTS”) research, which was conducted by various intergovernmental agencies within the German government, was considered to be a significant ‘bonus’ by-product of the US Department of Defense’s Project 63, which was also known under the Project National Interest colloquialization. Project 63 was introduced to a small retinue of German Nazi sympathizers and numerous representatives of the Italian Fascist Party who occupied the highest levels of their own respective scientific communities; individuals who were purposely immigrated into the continental United States by numerous constituencies within the Federal Government through the misappropriation of taxpayer funded allotments - this sequence of events culminating in the passage of the Operation Paperclip initiative, a legislative mandate that consolidated the previous directive into its current incarnation.

These scientists specialized in numerous fields relevant to the study of physics (Rocket-based research and development, propulsion system modification, weapon guidance system manipulation, etc.), psychiatry (Brain pattern analysis/ behavioral modification through the introduction of stimuli eliciting the recollection of traumatic events pertinent to past experience, sleep deprivation, gradual starvation, physical torture, sensory deprivation, etc. under a controlled setting), and microbiology/ pharmacology (The introduction of pathogenic agents through government subsidized and coordinated inoculations, the deliberate release of biochemical agents into a communal setting, pharmaceutical malpractice through the dissemination of hallucinatory narcotics derivatives from deliberately fabricated medicinal registries). Operation/ Project Monarch Programming Terminology

1. ALPHA - Widely considered “regular, standard, or established programming.” This classification relative to government subsidized and mandated psychological conditioning, propagated through “base personality” modification/ control, is oftentimes accomplished through the mental and physical torture of the subject. This particular form of mind control effects the distinctive compartmentalization of the subconscious mind, fosters a dramatic increase in physical strength nearly 5 times the normal categorized threshold, and enhances visual acuity in excess of 40 times the standard measure. Alpha programming is accomplished through the deliberate subdivision of the subject’s personality via processes of neural pathway stimulation (A process by which a repetitive sequence of transcranial electromagnetic modulations are administered to subjects confined within an enclosed globular harness that is oftentimes surrounded by an undulating magnetic field or current)

2. BETA - Exists as a combination of Alpha; “logistical” manipulation (Accomplished through the electromagnetically induced alteration of the logic center comprising the left hemisphere of the encephalic region, thereby facilitating the transmogrification of Higher Brain function relative to intuition), and Beta primordial (axiomatic mind) sexual programming designed to facilitate the elimination of preexistent moral convictions and promote the augmentation of primitive instinct devoid of any correspondent inhibitions.

This particular aspect of psychological manipulation concerns the focused accentuation of a predisposition toward promiscuity, behavioral patterns endemic to youth classified under the “at risk” assessment. Beta programming is widely acknowledged as the most utilized psychoanalytical instrument of dominion by Elitist constituencies within the innermost recesses of the Federal Government. The children of these individuals are actively preconditioned through incest and various acts of sexual debasement/ abuse for the express purpose of operating within various human trafficking networks, drug cartels/ narcotics distribution centers, organized criminal elements, pedophilic rings, etc. to satisfy the bizarre perversions of politicians, financial executives, drug lords, prominent public figures and celebrities, or anyone deemed valuable to the promulgation of the conspiracy.

3. DELTA - A program whose genesis was predicated on the notion of psychosocial disambiguation, whereby the fundamental precepts associated with the manifestation of personal identity were irrevocably altered as a means to engender a state of consciousness characterized by the absence of fear. The stated premise, relative to the implementation of Delta programming, was the creation of a soulless legion of automatons who would consistently operate beyond the boundaries of moral constraint in the execution of military objectives deemed contrary to the public interest. 4. THETA - A government subsidized/ taxpayer funded initiative involving subconscious manipulation at the psychic level through a process of psychoanalytical deconstruction. This formative classification relevant to the Operation/ Project Monarch sanction exists independently from documented claims/ evidential proof of paranormal phenomena such as: fortune telling or future forecasting through channeling or communication through a spiritual medium. Theta programming serves as an explorative tool into the realm of neural transmitter emission patterns/ impressions relevant to the definitive incidence of psychic phenomena. While these processes of subjugatory programming/ assimilation were soon considered to be obsolete in their overall scope of influence, protocol relevant to the fundamental establishment of the Operation/ Project Monarch initiative continued to progress unabated to include the utilization of an electronically directed energy source through the propagation of a microwave generated impulse in the form of ELF (Extreme Low Frequency Signals/ Modular Impulses - exist as a form of advanced technological weaponry designed to duplicate synaptic impulse patterns within the principal neural framework of the limbic system) wave resonance.

5. OMEGA - An applicative measure designed to foster the creation of an environment conducive to the exploitation of intended victims through the magnification of ‘self destructive’ tendencies - oftentimes employed as a means of preventing the dissemination of incriminating information against the perpetrators of these particular acts.

GAMMA - A form of system protection designed to foster an atmosphere of misdirection, informational suppression, and deceptive reasoning at the subconscious level - specifically crafted by its authors to effectively conceal the existence of various criminalist enterprises and endeavors from the general public.In accordance with the Operation/ Project Monarch government sanction, numerous patents relevant to the enactment of such protocol merit further clarification, these licensed protective clauses are listed as follows:
