A telecommunications interception facility owned and operated by AT&T (American Telephone and Telegraph Company - A multinational telecommunications firm whose principal base of operations is recognized as Whitacre Tower, in Dallas, Texas) as a corporate front organization (Front organizations exist as corporate-level businesses or companies funded and monopolized by an exoteric appendage, examples include the following: intelligence agencies, criminal enterprises, publicly ostracized associations, religious or political institutions, advocacy groups, or corporations. Front organizations can act at the behest of a parent association without attracting unwarranted attention to these assemblies) acting under the direction of the United States National Security Agency (NSA).
