Shadow Government

Similar in context to the publicly acknowledged system of regency - that which was constructed through the electoral process and appointed service - the Shadow Government possesses a certain degree of functionality as dictated by the presence of individual branches, these being distinguished by a level of autonomy relative to each of their respective purposes. However, unlike its sociopolitical counterpart, the principal objective relevant to the non-executive branches of this clandestine ensemble lies in the allocation of various functions, simultaneously maintaining its independence from the standardized system of checks and balances as predicated upon the precepts detailed within the Constitution (Documentation that serves as canon with reference to the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of the United States Government). The purported existence of a Shadow Government within the inner recesses of Federal legislative mandate attains a measure of credibility due to the presence of elitist factions within the contemporary administrative exemplar. In the confines of the Shadow Government five distinct branches merit examination. These divisions present within this Federally subsidized assemblage are listed as follows: the Executive Branch, the Intelligence Branch, the War Department, the Weapons Industry Branch, and the Financial Department.
The reporting lines of the Intelligence Branch and the War Department to the Executive Branch are apparent in design and unambiguous in nature. Intelligence exists to provide the Executive Branch with a sufficient repository of information in order to facilitate the enactment of adequately informed policy decisions. The War Department exists to provide the coercive force necessary to facilitate the implementation of Executive mandate which would otherwise generate public resistance. Special Operations units comprising the inner recesses of the Intelligence Branch and War Department, respectively, function as the impetus behind the execution of policy directives requiring subterfuge, oftentimes employing the use of official deniability with regard to existence of these sanctions. The Weapons Industry Branch reports to the Executive Branch, often indirectly, through intermediary agencies comprising the War Department and/or Intelligence Branch for the express purpose of funding the procurement of Black Budget weapons systems.
The Financial Department theoretically reports to the Executive Branch for fiscal policy implementation, but in a de facto sense also communicates directly with the international power brokers responsible for the creation of the Shadow Government as well as its correspondent agencies of influence. The Financial Department serves as a catalyst agency whose primary objectives routinely coincide with the manufacture and implementation of a fraudulent corporatist monopoly system within the prevailing industries of finance. An in depth analysis of the overall purposes of these five branches suggests that the principal objective relevant to the establishment of a Shadow Government within the national political framework, is the actualization of an authoritarian construct, whereby the general populace is subject to an innumerable host of restrictive Federal mandates/ sanctions designed to curtail personal freedoms through each of the following acts:

1) Collecting comprehensive institutional and personal information through the implementation of a nationalized covert surveillance system

2) By enacting national and international policy independent of the established political administration

3) By developing high-tech armament and munitions, and, in correlation with these, the establishment of small, specialized, highly mobile, elite military units to effect the implementation of covert sanctions; when need arises, devoid of any semblance of reliance on the official branches of Armed Service (whose allegiance to the Shadow Government is reasonably suspect)

4) By developing an armed capability to repel any threat to the status quo, (including the uncertain ontological, social, and economic impacts of any revelation of the reality of a UFO/ extraterrestrial presence) through the development of a Star Wars/ BMDO (Ballistic Missile Defense Organization) ground and space-based surveillance and SDI (Strategic Defense Initiatives) weapons network

5) By questioning the authenticity of information generated from extraneous political appendages of influence, either directly or indirectly responsible for the levying of administrative policy, which would otherwise serve to compromise the existence of the Shadow Government

6) By exercising a fiscal monopoly over monetary assets, manipulating the factors governing the availability of credit along with the intrinsic value of the national currency, accomplished through the enactment of policies beyond the legislative periphery of the acknowledged administration
