Serfdom
A socio-economic condition ascribed to Medieval Europe whereby farmers were relegated to tenant status through legislative imposition, forcibly bound to a hereditary plot of land and subject to the will of wealthy aristocrats. In its modernized incarnation, the concept of serfdom is predicated on the accumulation of unsustainable debt, whereby the borrower is subject to the will of predatory financial institutions and collection agencies whose sole existence is dependent on a contrived fractional reserve system of banking. Serfdom exists as a systemic precursor to Feudal Collectivism, whereby the primary means of production and distribution relative to the prospect of national sustainability is the operative extension of legislative decree.
