Bail In Proposition
Terminology popularized, in large part, by events precipitating the fiduciary insolvency of Cypriot financial institutions. Bail In Propositions are, in reality, little more than government sanctions levied against the citizenry of a prospective nation or principality. Such measures are emblematic of a system of wealth confiscation initiated by various political regimes acting in concert with the financial industry as a means to effect payment on preexisting debt.
