Conflict Records Research Center

Pursuant to the enactment of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2014, also known as H.R. 1960 (House Resolution 1960), the creation of a numerically indexed communications tracking registry known as the Conflict Records Research Center (CRRC), acting under the authority of the Secretary of Defense as well as the President, would serve as a cooperative medium of informational exchange between the current director of national intelligence and each of the aforementioned parties. Congressional Representatives Formally Approve the 2014 Version of the National Defense Authorization Act by Joe Wolverton, II, J.D.

WRITTEN ADDENDUM: At the time of the aforementioned articles publication, President Barack Obama hadn’t yet formally enacted this particular directive into law; on December 27th of 2013 however, the context of this legislative measure, in its entirety, was codified into the U.S. Federal Registry. The 2014 installment of the National Defense Authorization Act did nothing to repeal any of the provisions present within either of its previous incarnations, instead preserving the legislative continuity of prior stated directives - effectively re-emphasizing Sections 1021 and 1022 of the 2012-based initiative, stipulations present within the aforementioned documentation allowing for the indefinite detention of American citizens without the benefit of legal representation.
