Chattel Slavery

 
Refers to a socio-economic condition where individual liberties, freedoms, interests, traditions, the propensity to attain monetary remuneration for services rendered, salary, religious affiliation, educational opportunities relevant to advancements in economic status or social standing, etc. are systematically repressed/ constrained through processes of intergovernmental or administrative coercion.
