Gentrification

A concept oftentimes attributed to aspects of Social Darwinism emphasizing the actualization of a separatist ideology that, in large part, is achieved through the deliberate stratification of the economic classes in the prevailing societal exemplar.

*LAYMAN’S SYNOPSIS - Gentrification exists because of wealth disparity and the tendency of individuals, as well as corporations, to exploit the less fortunate through acts of monetary suppression. The ultimate objective of individuals responsible for this separatist agenda is the permanent and irrevocable displacement of low income families from society.
