Allodial Title

Conceptual facet attributed to various systems of property law, operates under a prospect of exemption relevant to the perceived fealty of legislative obligation; thus precluding any semblance of ownership (Property liens, mortgage payment, bank coordinated financial requisitions, tax obligations, fee surcharge, etc.) being exercised by third party intermediaries/ state government authority.
Allodial Title is an inalienable aspect of property law that exists on an autonomous level from the prevailing legislative edict of state government authority, corporate entities, or financial institutions claiming to possess a vested interest in ownership.

* LAYMAN’S SYNOPSIS - by Michael Reign - Exists independently from legal obligations pursuant to the levying of fees or surcharges by state run facilities, corporate entities, or financial institutions. It grants the title holder absolute authority over all aspects of ownership.
