Synthetic Telepathy

Alternatively known under the colloquialization, Artificial Telepathy; the aforementioned cognomen exists as a facilitator for the implementation of a government subsidized-electronically induced thought transferal system. Through technological advancements commensurate to the surgical implantation of micro circuitry within the cerebral cortex of numerous subjects in a controlled experimental setting, the existence of such contrivances function as intellectual/ sensory amplifiers. The advent of such an invention would purportedly serve the following purposes:

1) The integration of micro circuitry within the neural pathways comprising the cerebral cortex can, in turn, engender a significant enhancement of sensory perception in the dynamic range - thus, such individuals would be capable of visually ascertaining Infrared, Ultraviolet, and chemical spectra.

2) A significant increase in intellectual capacity relevant to processes of recall, cognitive recognition, and memory.

3) Cybernetic processes relevant to the incidence of thought communication attain precedence, enabling a marked increase in government subsidized surveillance capabilities in the form of a globalized threat assessment apparatus (The initial stages marking the gestation of these advancements have attained precedence in the form of a Department of Homeland Security sponsored objective known under the F.A.S.T. acronymic nomenclature. An acronym whose literal interpretation is recognized under the Future Attribute Screening Technology designation).

Such a device will serve as a prosthetic cerebral implant within the visual cortex of subjects. These individuals, in turn, would receive neural stimulation via computer based image relay through an artificially induced “window” generated interface.
